One of the items I purchased the hair and scalp treatment was busted upon delivery, the packaging was just terrible, no bubble wrapping to keep it from damage, the cover of the product was all broken and the bottom was broken too and the product all smeared in the box that came in it.

It was such a disappointment. The pump broke on my 32 oz soap, I probably lost about an 8th of the bottle. And so far I have not had any response from customer service.

I ordered a quantity of 8 and only received 1. Have called and sent email. They have responded to my email and waiting for further response. Will update review when the issue is resolved

Carefully review order contents and watch your bill. In Feb. I ordered 4 cans of hairspray. Order and shipping email confirmations confirm this. However, I received only three. Luckily, the packing slip inside box stated 3 as well. I contacted them via contact form on website and email a total of about 15 times before I had to dispute my credit card. Customer Service acknowledged the discrepancy and stated on 3/2 a refund was issued for 1 can of $5.64. About 3/9, nothing. I write, they assure me refunded. A week later, same. Another week... same. They finally just stopped responding so I was forced to dispute the charge for this amount having their email acknowledgement the bank is the one who returned my money. I am just left with the feeling, this was intentional. Figure if one out of three don't look carefully or follow-up, great profit for them.

Terrible, terrible service! I placed my order on March 4, 2024 and did not receive my order until March 22, 2024. EIGHTEEN DAYS LATER! Ridiculous! On March 13, 2024, I called and cancelled my order because of the long delay in never receiving my order and total frustration. I asked the man that answered the phone what was taking so long to get my order? He said their store was still awaiting for the item I ordered. It’s been NINE DAYS since I placed my order and you haven’t shipped it out??? I immediately said for him to cancel my order and to give me an FULL REFUND to my original form of payment. Then, I receive a notice that it was shipped on March 20, 2024…SEVEN DAYS after I had cancelled my order. Unreal!!!! Don’t order anything from this company. Terrible, terrible turnaround on items ordered. And, obviously they have zero stocked inventory.
