When I received my package I had ordered 3 hair texturing kits. I opened each kit to be sure they weren't damaged. One of the kits was damaged. All of the texturizer was all spilled out into the box. I emailed the company twice with photos and have not gotten a response yet.

One deodorant stick was only 2/3 full. The other stick deo was half evaporated. The soap leaked so that everything in the box was slippery. I sent two emails yesterday and do not have answers yet. This was my last order.

For some reason I got word that my package was deleivered last Saturday, so having lost something from Amazon recently, I got upset. But 2 days later on Monday 28th October "myotcstore" gave a nice reply, and better still, the package did finally appear in my mailbox. So all ended well. Thanks!

Using the dreaded USPS for shipping. The USPS delivered the packed at an entrance blatantly ignoring the POSTED SIGN stipulating NOT to leave packages at that door. I wish I could upload the photograph to share.

Product was not the same product as advertised in the picture as a different variation was shipped also it was not shown as sold out or out of stock at the time of purchase on the website and regardless never received a notification from OTC store that the item is infact out of stock and shipping will be delayed. I will not order from this vendor in the future and OTC should be thankful that I gave two stars only because a product came at the end at least OTC is unprofessional & unreliable.

I ordered 5 bottles of vitamin e oil but only received 1 bottle. I was charged for 5 and haven't received a refund or the remaining 4 bottles. I've ordered from this company in the past and have never had problems before this order. I emailed the company right away (Tuesday) and finally heard back today (Thursday). As of now the issue is being looked into.
