I ordered a 12 pack of tins and received one. One box of tins for nearly $40. It’s a bit of a long finger grab of my money to give only one tin for this sum of money. Thieves.

I didn't receive everything I ordered!!!😥

If I could give zero stars I would. Beware, you most likely will not receive the items you purchase. They will ship the wrong items and attempt to convince you the vendor changed the product. Then when I requested a refund, they continue to play games and to date still has not honored the request. I eventually called the bank for a refund and chargeback

You sent the wrong thing. I ordered the raw shea butter hydrating facial wipes (gold packaging). You sent African black soap clarifying facial wipes (black packaging).

I ordered a quantity of 6 my order said 6 my packing slip said 6 but I only received 4

I ordered four items and the shipping was $7.87 for the four items they shipped me one and still charge me the $7.87 because the other three items were out of stock they should have contacted me before they shipped anything!! Probably won't be shopping with them anymore!!!

I ordered 7 items and only received 4. There was no note telling me if they were going to ship my other 3 items, but they billed me for the entire order. Now I'm going to have to find and contact customer service to find out what is going on. It also took approximately 18 days to arrive after ordering. :(
