I ordered 35 containers of Noxzema, Classic Clean Moisturizing Cleansing Cream, 12 Oz, SKU: 436576, order # 195317 Quantity: 36 I thought it was a good deal! All 35 are complete liquid, fraud! I contacted them, they act dumb, play games, did absolutely nothing, state will call back, nothing done, absolute no accountability, $165.56. I received 4/21/2024, just used for the first time this weekend because I had other supply left. I really should have questioned this scam earlier because when I received initially the supply leaked the box but I didn’t question it. Dishonest & Low Class in every way! BEWARE! STAY AWAY! I’M SO SAD PEOPLE LIKE THIS GET AWAY WITH THIS! Dr. Nivia E. Vazquez 😔

not good sent me wrong item then never heard back when i told them they sent wrong item !!

It did not arrive

About 2 weeks after placing my order, I hadn't received it so, I was just about to send an email, when I received an email from them saying my order was canceled and, I would be receiving a credit. It didn't even say why it was canceled so I waited a couple more weeks for the credit, and when I still hadn't received it, I disputed it with my bank and finally got my credit. I will never order from them again!!!

I orders and paid for 3 bottles and only received 1. I haven't received a reply to my email and the phone number listed on the site connects to a voicemail box that is full, so you can't leave a message.

My order was short items and I was not notified of this change which messed up everything

I received the wrong order. I ordered 3boxes of careMate gloves 50 per box but I received 2 travel sized tides. I email them with photos of what I received and a Rathan H have been very unhelpful. He replied my order# 708475 one of the tides they ran out of order, which I didn’t order. I send more screenshots of my ordered invoice and photos of what I received. It is so unprofessional. 1time customer. I will rethink from ordering with them.

I ordered and payed for 13 items and I only got 5. I’ve been trying to contact to costumer service to ask what’s going on with my purchase and I don’t have any answer yet.
