Waited 5 days after I paid for overnight delivery. Way too slow.

my package was shipped late; marked "visibly damaged" by the carrier, and it was thereafter never delivered despite being marked as "delivered to P.O. box" (I do not use a P.O. Box). I was at home during the entire delivery window, including the recorded delivery time, and I am certain that the package was never dropped off. It seems that the merchant mislabeled the package, if my order was ever sent at all. I am still awaiting a response as well as a refund.

I received the wrong product, it's not what I ordered.

The worst experience I have had with an online shopping site. I ordered 4 rollon deodorants(which I usually buy at a store in NYC) on May 12,2024. I finally received the order on June 17,2024. I received no emails saying that the order would be late, was back ordered or any other email from OTC saying anything. No apologies. I called a few times and had really strange conversations with people out of the country and really not able to give me any info. I try to give these smaller sites my business but after ordering from MyOTCstore it makes me run back to Amazon. I will never recommend your site and will probably tell people to steer clear of your site.

Not honest people! Shipping not all items without any confirmation! Never shop there!👎👎👎👎👎

I wrote and indicated that my package was shorted by 3 Clairol packages. I have yet to hear back regarding the missing items. Very disappointing.

Had to email customer service to get shipping info. Then when the products arrived, half had leaked out both bottles, so I paid for 2 but technically only got 1 when I poured them together.

Packaging 📦 was not done properly . 50 % or more of the content from bottle was leaked in the box. The box was all wet when I received it . I have sent an email to customer service complaining about the lost . I'm still waiting for a replacement.
