I made a purchase for $139.73 back in March and have been trying to get remittance back after it was canceled within 10 minutes. It's a runaround they use PayPal to shelter the funds and will not give them back they will not give you the information to track the information down so that you can get remittance from PayPal and The credit card company will not refund the money because they don't have the transaction verification so they shelter the money in PayPal and you'll never get it back.

Even though the website said you could cancel the order within one hour after placing it, no one responded to my email or phone calls until after it has been shipped.

I have been using clean and clear facial scrub for years and then you have stopped putting this on the shelf so I ordered this online because you still had it on line,so finding this on line I ordered 3…you send me this exfoliating cleanser (which is not what I ordered) I’m frustrated and disappointed… I don’t like this type of cleanser… it is NOT the same…

I ordered Chromelin as advised by my dermatologist. I also read reviews about this product. When I received it, the bottle was not full and the opening was not sealed. I used it as directed but I did not see any changes on my affected skin. I am not happy with this product at all.
