They owe me money!!! I ordered 6 hairspray and they shipped 3. And charged me the full amount. Have tried to call just to get a machine. Sent an email with no answer. DO NOT USE!!!!

No indication that the order would take weeks to fulfill, poor communication, no one answers the phone, seems impossible to cancel the order. Total sham of a company.

Fraud. I received confirmation of my order with the correct UPC code of the correct product. But, what I was sent was a DIFFERENT product with DIFFERENT packaging and a DIFFERENT formulation and a DIFFERENT UPC code. I tried that product before & knew I did not like it so that is why I did not order the product they sent. I ordered the product I wanted. They confirmed the correct product, but sent the wrong one anyway. Tried to contact them by phone X3 but could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. They did not respond to email either.

They took way too long before shipping it out. The post office held our shipment for three days before even delivering it?

Misrepresentation of the product, delivered less than ordered, had no replacement items and made me pay for returning the items, with the price to do so costing nearly half the item purchase cost. Will never ever order again from such a customer no service company.

I ordered 5 of the ORS Smoothing hair gel 20oz bottles, but received 5 of the ORS Clumping gel. I don't know how y'all got it mixed up when the ones that I ordered the content is black, but the ones that y'all sent me has green content. I'm very unhappy with my purchase. I contacted the company immediately after receiving the package and I still haven't heard back from them. I should've read the comments on this company before I purchased from them, and I would've went somewhere else!

I ordered 4 items which were never received. I am trying to sign in to my account but it says I must reset my password and I will get an email. I never got an email. I tried calling the number listed from a google search, and it is USPS, (which they are impossible to get a live person). I am very frustrated and believe I was scammed.
