In the process of stocking up, I bought 10 of one item only to receive 2. They charged me $57 and the shipping receipt shows I was charged $23 for 2 items and no where did it say 2 of 10. I reached out to find out where the rest if my order is and I still have yet to receive a reply. Its been about a week now. Very disappointing for my first dealings with this company.

I received my nourish organic body lotion on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Upon. opening I found a white substance in the bubble wrap that the lotion was wrapped up in. Turns out it was lotion leaking out of the side of the tube where there was a slit in the tube. I emailed you that same day, today is September 12, 2024 and I have not heard from anybody regarding this matter, I requested to send the lotion back to have a brand new undamaged one sent to me.

I ordered on August 27th. I received the wrong item on September 4th. I reached out via email to get information on returning items and getting a refund. Never heard from the company.

They sent me the wrong item & charged me shipping. All they had to do was cancel my order & refund me. They are not answering my email which I was told was the only way to fix this.Would not ever do business with them again.I put acomplaint in with Paypal & next is my credit card co.

This reeks of scam. I ordered 6 weeks ago, order is perpetually “awaiting fulfillment,” and customer service # says mailbox full. I can cancel order they’ll likely never send me for $6.99. BBB complaint likely won’t do anything, but it’s all I’ve got.
