Two bottles of my Calphonite were broken. The bottom of the box is totally wet and soggy. The bottles were wrapped nicely around the sides, but the bottom and the top was completely empty of packing and that is why they were busted. Please return the two bottles that were busted, do not credit my account I want the bottles of calf and I please send them to me. Thank you very much.

I ordered and paid for a quantity of 10 deodorants. They shipped six and showed it on the packing slip. I still don't know if they're going to ship the remaining four or give me a credit. They have not answered my email.

They have the slowest delivery system possible will find another place to do my business. This isn’t the first time. It took over two weeks for the product to arrive when we get an order and I have to ship something. It gets shipped that day or the next day. I never make my customers wait that’s bad customer service.

I ordered Lavilin 72 hour deodorant Aug. 11. I got a confirmation email regarding the order and nothing else. A month later, I called them and they said the deodorant was back ordered, but I never received an email to that effect. They quickly said the deodorant would be emailed on that Wednesday. Two weeks later no deodorant. I just asked for a refund but based on the quick response the man on the phone made asking nothing else, I don't have much hope. I'd steer clear of this online store.

Do not purchase from this company. The item I received was a counterfeit when I called to report the item I was told it wasn’t their responsibility. Do not purchase from this company. They are crooks.

I only got two out of ten deodorants and you have not refunded my money yet. You charged me forty two dollars for all ten but the invoice said that it was fourteen dollars and sixty five cents.i would like the rest of my refund if i am only gunna get two and not ten. Tried to call your phone number and only get an answering machine that says the inbox is full. So please get ahold of me either email or by phone thank you.
