Fantastic customer service was fast and friendly. Due to a technical issue funds was withdrawn from my account but I contacted the team and they was refunded straight away and the team was very apologetic. Wish more companies had these values. 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m really impressed with the customer service from Organic Apps. I had subscribed to the app but unfortunately didn’t end up using it and completely forgot to cancel my subscription, so I was charged. I contacted them to request a refund. Their usual policy only allows for about a 50% refund, but after I explained my situation and why I needed a full refund, they kindly made an exception and issued me a full refund. I really appreciate them taking the time to listen and understand my circumstances rather than simply sticking to their policy. It’s not often you come across a company willing to make an exception and genuinely help their customers. Thank you for your understanding and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them!
