it is really an amazing experience with this app. it has helped me push myself based on weekly schedule to follow their program, and it is not too difficult to give up. it takes only maximum 30 min. the variety and its selective body part program give you choices and options based on the areas of your target or interest. the result will come true if you stick with this apps.
