I subscribed to this service and after the special offer period I was charged the full price. I wasn’t able to cancel this myself and when payment was charged to my bank account I used the name to on the account to find the website. After contacting them immediately by chat, I explained the situation and was given a full refund within minutes which went straight into my bank account. I was very happy with how they dealt with my query and the outcome. It’s nice to know that there are some companies out there who don’t try to rip you off.
