I cannot believe how much better I feel even after my first session. I do not like to work out or go to the gym. These sessions always end before I think they will....time goes fast. Easy to follow instruction and results as far as muscle pain relief is immediate. 3 days and I am hooked...can't believe it!

I loved the program they designed for me. The exercises are very effective, it is a short routine but I can feel the work it does on my body.

I love this app. It’s the first one that really works for me. I like to mix up my workouts and the fact I get 3 choices on timings means I can incorporate several workouts at a time.

The app was fantastic. Unfortunately I wasn’t faithful. The company refunded my automatic payment promptly. Would recommend this app if you are committed.
