I liked that it is timed, but it does not let you change from exercise to the other in time. They are not very motivating

It definitely motivated me to stick to it, only one pitfall though I would have like it if for one side of the body exercises are timed for both sides not just one side.

Dopo aver concluso l’abbonamento non è facile capire come entrare nell’app, non è stata creata nessuna Passwort, l’utilizzo non è intuitivo. Gli esercizi sono troppo brevi, non vengono mai ripetuti su entrambi i lati del corpo e non c’è una vera differenza tra principianti, medio ed avanzato. La traduzione non è buona, alcuni esercizi sono in spagnolo seppure nell’app in italiano. Complessivamente non mi è piaciuto.

Enjoying the exercises, but sometimes hard to figure out the next pose before it starts. I suppose that will get easier with familiarity. Also, you have to pause to repeat the opposite side, which is mildly annoying and also adds to the time. Fine as long as you are expecting it :)

I like the exercises, they are very enjoyable! I don't understand though, why do we do an exercise on one side and we don't repeat it on the other side. I wasn't doing it in the last two weeks while on holidays, so i didn't expect any change by now. But it's hard to believe i will lose any weight by doing 9 minutes Very light movement for a couple of weeks. I still hope magic will happen, but if anything changed i put on a bit of extra bellyfat.
