It’s time to take care of me
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using the Pilates Wall Fit app. The exercises are well-designed, effective, and accessible for all fitness levels—I’m able to complete them with ease, yet still feel challenged. That said, I do wish the exercise program was a bit longer to extend the benefits of each session. The app’s recipe menus are also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious, healthy meals that have quickly become staples in my routine. Overall, the app has become a part of my daily morning ritual, and I look forward to each session.

This program has been helpful when I started my fasting routine because now I do it automatically. The short daily exercise are also very helpful to either start or end my day. The daily meals ideas also helped my on my first week of grocery shopping because I I knew exactly what I needed to buy.
