This is the first day I've had a go with the app. The exercise routine is short and you do feel the tension on your muscles without the fatigue of heavy cardio. I'm hopeful of the results

It’s my first day and so far I feel…
It’s my first day and so far I feel great after this work out. I’m a beginner so I know any workout I start will be hard but this is doable and I can feel it!!! I will keep posting updates

Very helpful
Even though it's only the beginning, it's very helpful and reminds me to do different things, ie drink water, exercise, begin my fasting.

Flexibility and a time saver!
After getting over a few login issues, I have successfully used the app twice now and really enjoy the simplicity of the exercises, and that I can just do this in my own home, without any hassle. It’s a time saver, and I’m looking forward to seeing some results. I like that you can choose additional workouts too.

Quick full body workouts with demo videos
So easy to use with demo videos of each activity which you can watch over and over if needed. 10-12 min workouts go so fast once you start and you are done before you know it! Recommend
