I joined a few years back on the app and got a lifetime subscription deal. But it is not so helpful because it feels like all the exercises are just fixed for me. I cannot choose example a wall pilate challenge of some days to try. So why?

The only thing i dont like is that some of the workouts are to repetitive and dont seem valid for the area im working on.

Whereas this app isn't for me, the customer services department were great and refunded me my money. The main thing that put me off this app was the AI voice. It didn't sound authentic or 'nice' and certainly didn't motivate me to do the workouts. Perhaps there is room for improvement there.

Des voleurs !! Comme tous les précédents avis, ils vous prélèvent l'abonnement pris initialement à la date anniversaire, même si vous avez souscrit que 3 mois !!! Et comme par hasard, vous ne retrouvez nulle part comment annuler le réabonnement (ni apple store, ni sur l'application), et vous n'avez aucun message préalable pour vous prévenir. C'est scandaleux ! De plus, cette application n'est même pas intéressante, il en existe un paquet bien moins chère, et même gratuite. Elle n'a aucun intérêt pour nous en France. Mise à jour du 23/10/2024 : après avoir reçu un mail m'invitant à modifier mon avis, je viens informer que j'ai reçu le remboursement de la somme prélevée. Verdict : si vous ne faites pas des pieds et des mains, vous n'êtes pas remboursés. Ne lachez pas l'affaire !

I’m just getting to know the app. One thing for those of us that added on the extras would be to easily access them as we change programs and such. When I switch to somatic my dancing goes away. I have added dancing on so I could do both.

I have loved the app the meals looks yummy and the workouts have been good stretch for my body. But today I was not able to access the workout without downloading it first. I don’t want extra workouts in my phone - I simply want to use them in the app. I’ve asked this question in the support, but the response is slow. Please help!

Overall the app is very useful to get you into a regular routine for a healthier lifestyle, not just for exercise but also tracking your weight, fasting hours and meal plan suggestions.The graphics / presentation is also very user friendly and much more attractive than some of the adverts would lead you to believe. However I would like to point out some of the following to further improve the experience; - It would be helpful to receive the voice instruction already during the preview stage to help get a better understanding - Many of the exercises are for example: for right side only but then suddenly the voice is telling you to move the left arm / leg and the same is true vice versa - sometimes the intervals are too short between the exercises to get into position for the next exercise and although you can pause, replay etc -it might be good to be able to choose the length of break between the exercises. - does the system gradually increase the exercise level given the amount of time you have been working the app??? After 2 months I feel I am stagnating on my level... but on the other hand I do enjoy trying out the different modules and the bed option is definitely a favourite. Unfortunately I have not lost any weight whatsoever in 2 months, despite the intermittent fasting, living plant based, gluten and sugar free... Some days I just forget to clock in when the fasting ends, and although one can adjust the times it's more difficult when more than 24 hours have passed, I think? I am still trying to work out how to make the most of the app...
