Fraud
Fraud , scam , avoid . I purchased subscription , cancelled right after , this is waist of money , they claiming they provide some dance routine to loose weight… That’s completely rubbish … there are awkward movements videos with someone who can’t dance, overall YouTube is full of free great Pilates video for any level , I’m qualified fitness instructor and I can they all their programs not worth a penny.

Canceled this subscription on 3/15/24…
Canceled this subscription on 3/15/24 and they continue to take $19.99 out of my account for the last 4 months. I am so irritated because there is no way to get a hold of anyone to talk to.....it is just an email. Guess what....they don't respond. So, do they just continue to take my money every month? I don't even have access to the app! Steaming right now!

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. It starts with false advertisements, supposed to be pilates, no equipment needed, etc. I subscribed and got access to the app and the first day of exercise included the need for dumbbells and resistance bands. Then I look at the exercises and despite indicating I was a beginner, the exercises were way too advanced and no recommendations are given on how to modify them if you have certain physical limitations. Then there is the diet and recipes part. It goes through a series of questions, asks you about foods or avoid, special diets you follow, only to proceed to provide a list of recipes that included the ingredients that I can't have. I immediately messaged the company to cancel the subscription and then requested my money back. They messaged me back, and like others have said, they stated they will only refund if you have completed 15 days following the plan exactly. I wish I had seen these reviews before I agreed to pay these scammers.

Charged for an App I didn’t Purchase!
I noticed a charge on my credit card for 19.99 for this app that I did NOT purchase. I would have NEVER purchased an app for fitness or whatever this is. I don’t have the app or an account. They will not refund my money (two months of charges). It is a scam and they are literally stealing peoples money. Unbelievable. They need to be fined or shut down.

Fraudulent company?
I noticed that I had been billed for the purchase of this app I attempted to resolve it by telling them that I did not order this app and please refund the subscription on the same day that it's supposedly was ordered they sent me their refund policy and it said that the only way you could get a refund is if the app did not work for you. I didn't order the app so how do I know if it works. I then was informed that because I didn't have the proper refund procedure I could not be refunded and I told them that I was going to leave a review on their company because of the poor way that it was handled for all I know it's a fraudulent company I hope they're happy with my 19.99 I will continue to put this company on last in any way that I can because they stole money from me. Me a 63-year-old woman on disability what do I want a dance app for crazy.
