App glitches and had has to be reinstalled
Every several days the app glitches and gets stuck in the loading screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app and then it works. The last time I had to do it, it erased all of my progress and streaks and wanted me to start 5 days back and repeat all the workouts. Super discouraging and when I messaged customer care, it said I should hear back within a few hours, and I haven't heard back yet after two days.

Warning. Please do not download this app! It's fraudulent and offers useless prepay plans. They continue charging you even after you cancel your subscription. They ask for prepayment only for you to realise within a month that they are scammers. Please stay cautious and avoid this app!

An eating disorder in the making
I just paid for 6 months and am super bummed about the meal ideas. Not a single day has more than 900 cals/day. A child is supposed to eat 1200. It suggested 40 calories of tomatoes FOR SUPPER. That is an eating disorder diet and marketing it as "healthy" is actually wild. Now I'm stuck with a payment for a useless, dangerous app.

This is nothing as advertised. I was charged $39.39 six months ago after I cancelled immediately because they advertised one thing and then after you pay you get something completely different. I was so angry at myself for falling for this. I cancelled literally same day and thought it was a trial but still got charged. I chalked it up as a loss, but Now 6 months later im charged again!!! and i don't have the app. So now I have to put in a dispute with my bank. This is fraudulent. I should have disputed the first time. I can’t get a hold of anyone either!
