I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and I haven’t gotten through to anyone ! I need this taken care of asap it’s been over a month trying to get in contact with someone. I do not recommend and will not refer customers because of this P.S as per reply I have did reach out and I’m not getting no answers or response back

Bad reviews i will not join, You have email me to contact you, my question is why is this app charging people for the full year when they only signed up for 1 or 2 months. And why is it hard to cancel.. on a different review i also read that this app enters ur bank account to withdraw money without ur consent.. and people have called it a scam!!! Pleaee write ur answer here so others can read it to. Thanks

The app is impossible to use. I would like to unsubscribe but there is no option to do it. Their small print says in order to unsubscribe need to do it on the phone from subscription section. This app not showing in subscription section but they keep taking money from my bank account. It is so frustrating. I need help to stop taking my money. Do not waist your money.

Very misleading they bait you into signing up for one month and you end up with an automatic subscription. The program is of no value to me. When I cancel they still want to charge me for the $19.99 subscription and offer no refund. They then send an email offering $9.99 for the year. WTH? Why did you not offer that in the first place?

It moves between positions entirely too quickly. The explanation doesn't complete until the time is halfway through. I have been frustrated every day that I have used it. Complete waste of money. The 'money back guarantee' is a scam. And the fact that I had to set up yet ANOTHER account just to leave a review is another steal of personal data.

Be more transparent! Your enrollment is misleading! When I registered I selected the option for “one” month only, not the 3-month option, 6-month option, 1-year option, and certainty, not a 2-month option. The selection was clearly for 1-month. This made me believe I would only be paying for that one month as I wanted to give this app a try. Nowhere do I recalled seeing that I had to cancel my subscription after that one month or that I would be chatting if not done so. If I am only paying for “one” month is because I only wanted “one” month of the service; and I feel the additional charge should be removed as it is unauthorized. Do better! In addition to my dissatisfaction with that additional charge, the exercises are absurd and of no help. If I could give your app a zero, I would. There is no way to contact your business by telephone. I think I am better off going to the gym or look at “free” exercise videos on YouTube.

Super disappointed with the app this program uses. Each work out has to be downloaded and the app glitches frequently. Sometimes the app won't load, sometimes the workout won't register as completed and therefore not unlock the next workout. I enjoyed the movements but would not recommend.
