If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst pos company I have ever dealt with. Three times my automatic payments randomly stopped. Each time I have to reenter my bank info. I have entered the same info over 3 times and I am over it.

Can't setup recurring payments and got charged a late fee twice. The website has a glitch that won't allow you to setup recurring payments on your phone.

Horrible. The worst experience I have had. The site never remembers your username or password. Horrible.

It looks like nobody is attending this customer support line. I bought several Samsumg items and decided to try financing.. worst mistake ever.. You cannot login properly to the Myonlineaccount, they will send you the passcode very delay to a point that they are useless so you will not be able to pay online. Well i will pay on the phone, for any reason, they do not have my phone number, so i had to write the account number (that you only receive after the first bill that you could not pay) they already charge you $30 for that. When you finally put the account number, it is impossible to talk to anybody and have explain why is the reason of this behaviour. While i am writing this, i am waiting somebody pick the phone on a wednesday at 2.30 pm. It is my fourth call without luck. At this point I just want to pay in full and leave the worst company for third payments that i have ever seen. My recommendation, save and pay in full and never ever use this company.

Well, I will add my experience as a negative 10 too. If you need a question answered or Customer Service...it is a complete joke. It does no exist. Hey Samsung! Dump this 3rd party finance partner. They are dragging down the Samsung good reputation and name. Total mistake. Makes me sick to my stomach.🤮

Worst services. Not solved issues yet and not responding at all. They are the unprofessional bank in the nation. Never ever go with this bank. Surprised how Samsung giant has tied up with this strange bank.

Obviously they don't care about bad reviews. Can't get anyone on the phone and website lacks enough information to track payments correctly.

i go crazy today.i tried to reach them many many times but they couldn't.how can i pay my bill and i dont want to pay late.anyone help me please.i got my s21 ultra G last 3 weeks ago and trade in my s9+.last week i order again note20 ultra G and trade in my note10+.if they're not responding im gonna return my order and never ever buy any samsung product.
