Horrible is the best word to describe this. Website takes forever to load and most of the time it takes too long to work. I was late 1 time on a $15 payment and I had to pay over $100 for a single late payment. This is ridiculous for real. Use another service to finance your phone, tablet, or whatever from Samsung.

I have never been able to pay a bill on…
I have never been able to pay a bill on the website, I have to call in every month. The website just plain does not work. It will not allow me to change my password or access my account in any way.
I have used several different browsers and the results are the same. And lately the page returns no response at all.

This is a prime example of awful user experience.
Let's start with the website itself.
If I taught a UX design class, this site would be the first example I'd give of what not to do. Right off the bat, the first time you spin up this site, it looks like a phishing site that is trying to steal your identity. The only TD Bank logo is in the footer which you won't even see if you are on a mobile device.
Hilariously, I posted a link to a friend so we could laugh at it together and the link pulled through the meta data from the page and the meta description is literally "Description here."
They didn't even bother putting in any kind of description. That takes like 5 seconds to do.
"TD Bank Retail Card Account Management Site"
There did it for you... copy and paste.
Next, assuming you get over your suspicions that this site is not legit you click "Log In" and it takes you to an entirely different URL. Noooo TD Bank, that doesn't look untrustworthy AT ALL.
On this new site where you login, there is finally a TD logo in the upper left in the header but it's tiny and not immediately identifiable.
TD Bank is worth ~150B, that's B for Billion. I've seen better websites churned out by 6th graders on nothing but capri suns and a free hobby dyno on heroku.
Now let's talk about the service.
So you've logged in and finally see the beauty which is an account management interface that hasn't been updated in 20 years except to add a really annoying 2FA process to the login. Probably only added so they could meet some baseline compliance put on them.
You will also enjoy the beauty of being charged a late fee that was assessed before they even sent you the first statement to set up the account. Yes, that's right, I got a late fee from before I even had my first due date somehow.
When I called them out on it, they sent me a message suggesting they're doing me a one time favor of removing the late fee. Gee, how magnanimous of you oh lord TD Bank, you are so beneficent. So wise and all knowing that you are correcting your mistake while making me feel like I still did something wrong.
Get wrecked... I still can't believe they sent me that. I mean, I know it's an auto-reply but the whole thing just smacks of zero f's to give.
On top of that, I only bought two items and yet they show 3 line items having been charged to my account. That would be fine except the line items are not described in any way shape or form on their statements. You could argue that it's on the retailer to do that but also... IT'S TD BANK'S SERVICE. They could easily enforce a rule for descriptive line items. It isn't hard to do... could be automated with just the most basic pattern checking code.
How the hell are you supposed to know what each charge represents if you made more than a couple purchases? I still haven't heard their explanation for the 3rd charge. I'm sure it's going to be garbage.
Just avoid using this service at all cost. You're better off just sticking the purchase on a regular credit card from somewhere else and eating the interest or use a service like Affirm or whatever to finance things.
Raymour and Flanagan... if you see this, you have to dump TD. I will never buy furniture from you again either way because this was just so miserable a process that I don't care to support your business. You gotta break up with these clowns.
-- Update 6/10/22 --
I've recently reported them for dark pattern usage to my state's AG and I would encourage everyone here who has left a terrible review to do the same.
It's absolutely ridiculous that on the 2FA code entry screen, you get an error message that suggests the site is not functioning. This is intentional to make you think you can't make a payment and they hope you'll forget so they can hit you with a late fee. It's so blatant and disgusting.
Additionally, if you ignore the error and use your 2FA code, God help you if you're on a mobile device. There's a pop-up when you try to set up automatic payments that runs off the screen. You can't read it or dismiss it. Literally this is SUCH an easy thing to code. I have built hundreds of responsive friendly pop-ups. IT IS NOT HARD. I could teach a 5 year old how to do it. It is so obviously another dark pattern meant to screw you over.
I have reported this to my AG and also at the Dark Patterns tip line for public shaming: darkpatternstipline . org

0% financing scam! Website won't work
I set up an automatic payment for my brand new phone but when I try to log in to make a payment (my first payment of zero percent financing) the web page (mobile, pc or tablet) will not accept characters on the "reset password" page. It is blatantly obvious they want you to miss a payment so they can charge you interest instead of the 0% financing they made seem so simple.

Original Autopay lost, Second Autopay Lost, blames ME for not checking up on it
Owner: TD Bank Financial Group -- I originally setup the Autopay via my Samsung account getting the new Z-Fold 3 promo with trade in's. After a little issue with the trade in I get a collections call from TD Bank saying I was late but I had NO MAIL with details on who to pay out to so originally was suspicious thinking I set it up via Samsung, what's going on. Finally AFTER the collections call I get the mail notifying me I pay through TD Bank, they did NOT migrate my Autopay to the new account. Logged in, Added bank information, made payment to get account current, then setup Autopay again (11/2021). Then today 12/10/2021 I get a NEW COLLECTIONS CALL. Autopay did not process AGAIN, claim that because the system did not show an autopay, AND because I did not call back in just to make sure myself it stayed setup, I would be stuck with the late fee as it was my fault. Will be paying off and closing asap to ensure no more such activities happen to me and Will be filing this with Samsung as I see this bank has insanely bad reviews on all sites I have checked up to this point including BBB. If I get a notice on my credit Score over this issue I will be contacting an attorney about this bank and the consumer protection bureau about it. Record, Screen & shot EVERYTHING with this bank or they claim it is your fault for not keeping them in line. For better insight: Check the BBB for: TD Bank Financial Group -- Scary this bank is in business with Samsung.

Good riddance Samsung and TD Bank - I don't need the aggrevation
My Wife had a Samsung TD Financing account for almost two years, never missed any payments 100% ontime, paid off 1 promo on time, and almost finished with a second promo. We had one problem with one automated payment that returned to them two weeks ago, I caught the problem asap, went online and made extra payments to TD Bank until I figured out what was wrong, then paid the balance off, and they reduced the credit limit down to 200 diollars leaving her an unusable account, now she has an unusable 200 dollar credit limit with a zero balance and her credit score went down due to reduced credit on that account. We called and messaged TD customer service 4 times or more and asked them to look at her stellar payment history, no one at TD customer service would or could do anything. I called Samsung to tell them since they allow TD Bank to represent them, I will no longer buy any Samsung products, and would never accept any credit, financing, loan or mortgage from anything related to TD Bank, they are the absolute worst Bank and customer service I have ever dealt with. We are ion the market for a new washer and dryer, we will be looking at LG's Washers and Dryers and we'll pay for it many other ways other than any credit or card from TD Bank. Now I think I'll get rid of our Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G's and get 3 iphone 13 Max cellphones. Here's the best part, we didn't need to finance anything with TD Bank or Samsung, we only did it to improve my wife's credit score, TD ended up hurting it. Good riddance Samsung and goodbye TD Bank. 0 stars should be an option.

The Worst!
If I had known how bad this website is, I would have never signed up for Samsung financing. They are dragging Samsung's good name down.
