It took a little longer to navigate the process but it was worth the time. The Obligo team was very helpful and courteous. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had about the rental property.

The application process was somewhat confusing because not all info was available. In the end, everyone I communicated with was polite and helpful and I qualified for no security deposit! The small fee for that privilege was well worth it.

I only did 2 because while I respect the idea of allowing a yearly fee, the website and process is not forthcoming. The devil is in the details, and if you are doing this to "help" those struggling, your fees and the process should be way more transparent. Housing is difficult enough. Someone just getting started doesn't have $1500 hold fee, they are likely borrowing, and THEN add your $600 fee to pay yearly on something. Insane.
