ObligoReviews of myobligo.com

Highly recommend using Obligo! It was such an easy process to be able to apply and get approved for no deposit. I didn’t have to fork over a chunk of money to be able to get into our new place made it so much better because we didn’t have to have money tied up as a deposit for our rental. Completely worth it!

Quick and easy! Also love the fact that my money isn't tied up in a security deposit. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend using Obligo for your next security deposit! Instead of paying your full security deposit, you are able to pay a very small fee each month (or pre pay for the year) where your landlord can charge you for any damages upon move out instead of paying a lump some and receiving it back at the end. This helped my roommates and I not have to tie up our money into a heavy security deposit fee! Their customer service is great as well!

It was a quick and simple process. Very efficient and convenient. Recommended.

If you want to keep your deposit money and not have it sitting in your landlord’s bank account, Obligo is the option for you. In my experience it was super fast and not complicated to enroll with their services.

I’m on a budget so, this is the best one I’ve ever used. Love it. Recommend it to everybody trying to save money.

Obligo takes the stress away from having to pay a security deposit in cash. In my current situation, it helps a lot. The applying process is smooth and fast. Thank you for this service!

I was referred to Obligo by an agent and it was the best referral ever. I entered my information and within 15 minutes I got an approval. I will definitely spread the news about this amazing service offered as it is hard to Pay 1st month rent, security and realtor fees. Thank you so much!
