I couldn’t believe it
I couldn’t believe it that I didn’t have to give my deposit to lock it in bank for a year! great idea to let renters keep deposit money and only charge you if you made any damages when you leave! Love it! I will recommend it to all my friends

Easy and cost effective
A great option to keep cash on hand. Fair price and simple to set up. Only wish they had been notified before the first month's rent was deducted.

Fast reply’s and lots of help!
They were extremely fast at replying and answering all of my questions, once we did the application we got an approval the same day! They are great! Highly recommend!

Obligo is awesome!
Obligo felt super easy-to-use. The interface was clean, the functionality easy to understand, and it was clear there were no-string-attached. It felt just like we were checking into a hotel. As a student, having some extra money is important, so it was so helpful being able to save that extra money that would have gone towards a security deposit.
