Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about using myNinja.ai for coding tasks. It's unfortunate (and a bit surprising ) for us to hear. A large percentage of our customers prefer to use our product specifically for coding. We wonder if you'd see more robust coding solutions on the Ultra or SuperNinja plan (SuperNinja offers GH integration). Regarding a refund: we couldn't find any previous refund requests or Support tickets from your email. We are not sure what happened but we've gone ahead and processed a refund for your purchase. You are right - image editing, especially when it comes to faces in photos, can be tricky, yet we've seen the latest AI models getting better and better at it! We've observed that Image 1 produces great results: be sure to select GPT Image 1 in myNinja.ai when you edit images. You could also use Edit Image button, which you’ll find right under the generated image. It lets you select specific areas to adjust or tweak. That should give you more control over your creations!
