I believe it was the owner I talked to. He was amazing and helped talk me through the proper pump along with some great tips on how to install and what to expect with solar. The pump is surprisingly powerful.

When I received my fountain, I realized that I had accidentally ordered the non-floating version. I called and Ron was fantastic and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. He was able to send out the floating version within a week and asked that i send back the other pump when i verified that everything was working properly! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Great fountain!

The pump is great it works super well and does the job just as good as an electrical pump I’m so satisfied to the point I want to get another one id definitely recommend getting a back up battery because it helps so much after the sun goes down the design and everything was just awesome I love the pump and got it fast

I haven't used it yet because it's just getting warm out but customer service is A1 plus! I first asked for help with my fountain and was given a prompt reply. I ordered what was recommended and the post office delivered it in a plastic mail container because, although there were "Fragile" stickers all over they managed to smash the box and one of the gallon containers broke and leaked all over. I let them know what happened and they immediately sent a replacement! I will definitely will order again from this company!
