Very happy with the service and support. Ordered an outside mirror for my Ram 1500 and 3 weeks later it was delivered in the Netherlands. Sales was very helpful with getting the right mirror and checking with the VIN number. After the purchase I was tipped that, being a foreign company, I could have purchased the mirror VAT-free. Maybe the sales person could have offered me the opportunity.

except for the long delivery time my experience was acceptable.

You had the part I needed. It came quickly. I best I can tell it is OEM. Good job. I was not crazy about the high cost. Found similar but not OEM parts for a third of the cost. I am loyal to my Jeep and plan to keep her for many more years. I’m not angry with your company at all. I’m more upset that I couldn’t just stop at any of my local dealers and just buy a taillight. The only thing that would have made it better would be to include the three mounting bolts and the four lens screws. Keep doing the good work you do. You had the part-bottom line.

Buon venditore

Requsted radar sensor part received in excellent cond. It a month to receive it.

Very accurate on parts needed. Easy ordering. Slight miscommunication on shipping but all worked out in the end.

Part fit perfectly

I gave this purchase a 4 because the vendor advertised the seat cover as OEM replacement. Yes in the broad sense it is. The final installation is fine. The loss of one point comes from the cutting, sewing, snipping, and modifications that I made to make it fit right. I might suggest that the foam pad be replaced in all case where the cover being removed was wore out.
