I am sorry that this took longer than expected to get to you. We shipped this on time as a 6-10 day priority mail international service, which is what you requested at checkout, though I understand this took about 12 business days to get there. Normally USPS is better about that, but they are a little less reliable than UPS in that respect. For future reference please know we also offer UPS international instead of USPS, though they are a bit more expensive. We hope to earn your business again in the future and I will be reaching out to you to offer a courtesy shipment upgrade in the future, or a discount.

I am investigating this now. All of our customers are very important to us, and I am reaching out to you now to see if you would like the part with $0 shipping. I don't care that we would lose money on that order to do so, and I will retrain the employee you worked with on how to address shipping discrepancies in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

I am sorry to hear that. Much of the time we do not have to put anyone on hold, but we do get very busy and I agree that 10 minutes is too long. We are in the process of hiring two more people to help with phone call volume, and we just implemented a text messaging program to where are customers can message us instead of calling if they choose. That number is 972 954 3229 and can be used for quote requests, fitment verification, questions, etc. We hope the additional staff, and the new communication options we have implemented will have this issue fully resolved within the next few days.
