Think twice
Well lets see, I ordered a fuel pump for my jeep verified it with VIN number and gave them my credit card number. They charged my card and sent me an email saying that the part would leave the warehouse on its way to me very shortly. The next day, Friday, I called to make sure the part was on it's way. Had to leave a message. Asked for a call back to verify part was out. No call back. Monday I called to see how things were coming, my Jeep is down and I'm in the middle of moving, the fellow tried to tell me it would be out soon but something just didn't sound right. So I pressed him. Long story short they did not have the part in stock and did not know when it would be in but kept trying to snow me. I pressed pretty hard now about their character etc. so they fired me. Still looking for my refund but it has only been a couple days. Called a Chrysler dealer I am more familiar with and found out that Chrysler is changing vendors for that part and they won't be available until September. Let's see, all the other Chrysler dealers seem to know..................... Up date: The parts manager just called me and seemed quite sincere for the poor transaction. He offered some compensation if I would try them again. Not important. What is important is that he called me knowing he was stepping in a big pile of you know what. That takes some guts and sincerity. Bottom line: I'll give these guys one more try. I like a fellow who is honest and the manager convinced me he is. So.........we'll see again.
