Great product , easy to customize and timely delivered

Super easy order and purchase, then quick delivery! Found a Workiversary framed print that is sooooo much better than the same plaque or etched crystal that others give! I can hardly wait for the workiversary celebration!

Good product and came as described. Only drawback is that I have not received a response from their customer service team regarding an issue with my order (wrong date). Would appreciate a response back

I ordered your product as a birthday gift that I needed by 8/2/26. The order was placed on 7/8/26, but it was not received until 8/6/26. Your website stated that delivery would take 7–14 business days for orders other than those shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. I live in New York, so my order should have fallen within that timeframe. When the product was not delivered as promised, I placed an order with another vendor, and that product was received within just 5 days. Given the circumstances and the fact that the product was delivered well after I needed it, I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Joseph Nicosia

The product itself was great! Turned out perfect. However, the biggest issue I had was delivery speed & customer service response . My order was to be delivered so many business days after the purchase. That time frame came and went . I sent numerous emails to the company with no response and ultimately had to contact the BBB. Eventually I got an email response that offered expedited shipping for free due to the extended delivery issue. With that being said, I closed the BBB complaint & honestly all of this would have been avoided if the first email I sent was answered in a timely manner. Just stinks because it was an anniversary gift that I ordered well in advance of our anniversary and received it a month after our anniversary passed.

I would not recommend that you buy from this company. They market a shipping timeline they can't stand behind and can't get a response when contacting them about order. This is disappointing considering they sell items for special events and can't deliver. Do not use this company and save the time to avoid frustration.

This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I placed my order #2347 on June 28th for a personalized canvas picture. Their website states the processing time is five business days and then up to seven business days for shipping and the confirmation email says it would arrive in 7-15 business days. It has now been 3 weeks 15 business days and I still haven't received it more or less ANY communication from this company even though I have emaied them 3 times!! This was supposed to be a anniversary present for my husband that I was counting on which has now come and gone yet no present! I'm beginning to think I got scammed and if I do not hear from the company or receive my order soon I WILL BE DISPUTING the transaction with my credit card company.
