Good product and came as described. Only drawback is that I have not received a response from their customer service team regarding an issue with my order (wrong date). Would appreciate a response back

Request for Immediate Refund – Order #2202 or reshipment to correct address: Dear Support Team, I am writing regarding Order #2202. I received a notification stating that my package was delivered to my front door; however, the item was never delivered to my address. After contacting USPS directly, I was informed that the shipment was delivered to an address in another state. I have repeatedly contacted your support team with this information and have received no response. The fact that there is no working phone number or direct contact method to resolve this issue is extremely concerning. This item was intended to be a present for my wife’s 75th birthday. Not only was the shipment delayed for over two weeks, but it was also sent to the wrong address entirely. At this point, I feel I have been misled and would now like a full refund issued immediately. If this is a reputable company, there should be a proper way for customers to contact and resolve issues without having to resort to public complaints or other measures. Please respond promptly with confirmation that my refund is being processed. Angry Customer As of 05/23/26, I wanted to provide an update and be fair in my review. I did receive my item, and it is absolutely beautiful! I would like to thank the support team for their help in resolving the issue. The only recommendation I would still highly suggest is having a customer service telephone number available for ongoing issues or concerns, as that would make communication much easier for customers.

The quality of the product is wonderful as well as its uniqueness. Many of my friends and family love it as do I. It did arrive quite a bit late from the estimated time provided. That would be my only “ding” about my purchase.
