I THINK THIS IS THE MOST HONEST REVIEW, My Story We are from Italy and I went for a vacation with my girlfriend to the USA and bought some stuff that didn’t fit my luggage so of course why not ship them, we went to ups that told us through them it would have been 800$ plus tax (the things inside the package weren’t worth that much so of course no) we went through usps and they said 400/500$ to ship it, which still is unbelievable, so with some research we found this shipping company which was like just 100$ to ship it through boat and since it wasn’t something I needed right away it was fine to pay that, on the site it says it takes 4-5 weeks and it took 2months too arrive. The customer service lied to me about tracking because two different employees gave me two different answer as far as tracking but no one was rude and actually they pick up pretty quickly without does bots that ask questions before speaking to an agent , but after two months everything finally arrived today in perfect conditions, so you get what you pay for. Would I recommend it to somebody? Yes if it isn’t anything too valuable. everything arrived as stated but two months with the thought of it not arriving was also stressful and annoying. 3 stars is right for my experience hopefully this review can help someone.

Yeah I'll add on to the terrible reviews here. I had a package shipped out of the country. The tracking never updated and it was impossible to get a response from anyone via any contact method. The package finally arrived and it wasn't even mine. Some random persons passport and other documents.. still was never able to get in contact with anyone.

Delivered damaged product even if it was just a cloth. Have not time to judje them

НІКОЛИ НЕ КОРИСТУЙТЕСЯ ЇХНІМИ ПОСЛУУГАМИ! Вони не вміють працювати достойно! кожен раз як відсилаєш посилку у них появляються лишні розміри і вага яку потрібно оплатити… потім замість 7 днів посилка йшла 21 день.. це не нормально… і це ще посилка на західну Україну була… я вже мовчу кому на київ… нуль сервіса не підтримка ні зворотній звʼязок відсутні… це все що потрібно знати про український сервіс… НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

This is the worst postal service in all the world. My parcel got lost for weeks with 0 news, the customer service is absolutely disgusting and will not help you. All they can say is “sorry, sorry” which I couldn’t care less. do not recommend.

Началось с того, что я не мог зарегистрироваться у них на сайте, т.к. не приходил код по смс, мне быстро оперативно ответили на почте, в течении часа, создали аккаунт, когда были вопросы, так же отвечали очень быстро, пока дело не дошло до вопросов: "Где моя посылка?" Оформил заказ н 229 евро, отправил на их склад в Польше, по трек-коду посылка успешно дошла, всё хорошо, но в личном кабинете ничего не отобразилось, я решил, спустя пару дней, написать им, на что получил ответ, что посылки идентифицируются в течении 2-4 рабочих дней, ответ поступил так же оперативно. Спустя неделю я уже пишу им с вопросом: "Где моя посылка?", на что получаю игнор, через пару дней пишу снова (в телеграм и дублирую на почту), опять игнор. Открыл тикет на сайте у них, и всё равно молчат. Мне не ответили до сих пор ни на почте, ни в телеграме, ни на сайте. Ах да, они решили пометить мой тикет статусом "Решено", хотя ответа от них не было! Обходите эту компанию стороной!

TL;DR: there is NO support, but some "persons" will bully you instead of help. Well, i was using "mymeest" services for a while (around a year) for order shipments from the USA to Ukraine. Latest time I decided to use their "buyout" service, where they buy with their card and their account on the chosen site. I paid for these services in addition to the item cost. Item came broken, I wrote to live-chat where received a link to "ticket creation" where I should leave my complaint. Ok, I followed the link, filled in my complaint and automatical answer said "wait for 14 working days". And here things getting funnier. After 17 working days I politely asked, will i receive answer or not. Nothing happened. Ok, i waited TWO months in total, no response. Tried to write in the live-chat on their website again, but it is turned off now! I wrote my story on Instagram, and added screenshots. Someone from Ukrainian unit answered me, that they asked "a boss" to answer my question eventually. Thanks to this person (i suppose) "the boss" answered me. Should I say that there was no "sorry for the late response"? Or "we are sorry to keep you waiting"? No, there was an answer done with grammatical mistakes that was blaming me, that i should have read the rules and they won't refund or do anything. And for this answer I waited for 2 month instead of 14 days as they promised? Moreover, another person on their USA page on Instagram left me very rude message in DM. Long story short, this company won't answer you and won't help if something happens, but this company WILL bully you in all instances instead! And one more thing. Don't be cheap on hiring support. They are face of your company. And the face of MyMeest company is completely terrible. It's a shame.

Посредник обокрал всех без исключения российских и беларусских пользователей, у кого с 24 февраля и позже пришли заказы на их склады. Кабинеты заблочены, мист выполнять свои обязанности отказался.
