I spent 15 minutes entering every item into their parcel form, only for the website to ask me to log in and then wipe all my progress. This is a basic design flaw and it's 2026. Extremely frustrating. Looking at the reviews, I'll go and send with someone else.

Absolutely nightmare of a service! I strongly advise against using Meest Shopping if you value your time and peace of mind. My issue has been ongoing since October 14th (Ticket #3300517): 1. Their payment gateway (card.payplace.ua) failed completely, constantly bouncing my invoice status between 'Paid' and 'Unpaid' despite trying manual input, autofill and Google PayPal. 2. Support agents completely ignored the system error and offered useless workarounds like "click the button twice", which failed identically. 3. While their technical failure prevents payment, their automated system has started illegally accumulated later fees, inflation my invoice. 4. Support explicitly refuses to address or acknowledge my repeated requests for an account-wide freeze on storage feed caused entirely their platform bug. Absolutely incompetence, zero accountability and bad-faith practices. Avoid this forwarder at all costs!

I sent a parcel from the UK to Poland and it took an entire month to arrive. This is absolutely ridiculous . I highly regret not checking Meest UK's ratings beforehand

The London branch based in E10 has an employee named Vadim Zabudko. He is using his work address to have his eBay purchases delivered to. He is running a fraudulent business on eBay - user name filmfoqus - please see his eBay feedback comments as he has scammed a number of sellers. He is using Meest to prop-up his second business of buying (fraudulently) and re-selling cameras. Very dishonest and perhaps not someone you'd want to be representing your company.

Absolutely not reliable meest company. They're charging for air delivery, and draging your package by dead horses. Talking with meest workers like talking with wall, no one explanation where you're package, only 100% lying, it was on Monday, same nonsense Today. Meest will be never responsible , if they're not returning money they screwed senders.

First of all, I have to say that the prices advertised on their website are very misleading. In reality, the cost of sending a parcel ends up being double what is initially quoted. The process is also much slower than expected. You drop off your parcel at one of their partner locations, which are often small retail stores where the owner sells other products and also accepts parcels and creates shipping labels. After drop-off, the parcel can sit there for a week or more before it is actually picked up and enters the shipping network. Once shipped, the transit time is extremely slow. My parcel travelled from Edmonton to Calgary, then to Toronto before being sent to Europe. After finally arriving in Europe, it has been sitting at the airport in Poland for several days with no updates or movement. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. Their customer service team is unresponsive and provides little to no useful information when inquiries are made. I was originally told that delivery would take 10–15 business days, but my parcel has now been in transit by air for nearly a month and is still not delivered. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service. In hindsight, it would have been worth paying more to use Canada Post, as at least I could expect a much more reliable and professional shipping experience.

I live in France, my mother tongue is Russian. I did not use Meest until yet. I called their office in the US and politely asked (in English!), may I speak Russian or not. The reason why I did ask was a strong Russian(?) Ukrainian(?) accent of the agent. N.B.: their web site uses that language, too. The agent was very rude and disconnected. Thanks, Meest. After reading other reviews I probably got lucky. Never again.
