The only issue was uploading the invoice for my packages. Other than that, MyMalls has been amazing!

Hi Jessenia, Thank you for your positive review, we truly appreciate it. We are sorry to hear that you had some trouble uploading your invoices. We have recently updated our preregistration service to make sure you are always first in line when your package arrives at our warehouse. All you have to do is upload your invoice in PDF format the moment you receive it from your supplier. We will review your invoice before hand and as soon as your package arrives at our warehouse you will only have to fulfill payment and it will be delivered right to your door. We look forward to shipping more of your packages very soon!😀 Happy shipping, Raiza

Great customer service, good UI, fast turnaround. The only thing I didn't like it the fact that you can only combine up to 3 packages. I wasn't able to get Amazon to combine everting together, so my big order ended up in 11 different shipments. This increased my shipping costs considerably.
Response from MyMallsAug 27, 2020
Hi Anze, Thank you for your lovely review, we truly appreciate it. We are glad to see that you have used our consolidation service, unfortunately for the time being we are only able to combine up to 3 packages, however, we have been working on some new exciting developments, so stay tuned!😀 Happy Shipping, Raiza
