I've been living on the Island for 13…
I've been living on the Island for 13 years and have never had online shopping shipped here. I always thought it would be too complicated or expensive. A friend told me about MyMalls, so I decided to give it a try. It's been such an easy experience and fast! They do all the work for you and DHL delivers the package straight to your door. Couldn't be happier with my experience so far.

Love MyMalls!
I like how easy and user friendly the website is. Packages arrive fast and I love the consolidation feature. It would be even better if I could consolidate more than three packages. Maybe they can develop an app for MyMalls, it would be more convenient to log onto an app instead of a website.

I generally like the customer service…
I generally like the customer service of my malls. They do provide remote assistance and I can have answers to my questions relatively quickly.

I am very happy with the service
I am very happy with the service. They provide a fast and easy way of shipping and uploading of invoices. They responded quickly to help me understand how to pay for a shipment. It was very easy to do.
