Hi Rebeca, thank you for your honest feedback. Indeed we are not open on Saturday and Sunday and Dhl does not ship or deliver during the weekend either. Our apologies for that inconvenience we do receive all your incoming packages from Monday to Friday and process them the same day. Alysee

I know we are not the cheapest service around but if you consider that we combine and repackage for free, offer great customer service and deliver within 48 hours to your doorstep, I would say that we are definitely worth it.
