I purchased the Miami tennis bracelet and stud earrings from this company, both are absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the bracelet and I had to reach out to customer support. Things happen and I totally understand that. Almost immediately after I emailed the company I received a response. They requested I send a quick video to them and they then immediately resolved the issue. I know this is a small company and I was totally impressed by the amazing support I received. I can attest to the fact that not only are the products quality products and beautiful, I was truly impressed by how quickly they responded and resolved the problem. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Sasha emailed me saying there may have been a problem with the delivery of my product. But in fact it was delivered at the day and time they had sighted. I followed up with her that all was well and she immediately responded that she was glad all went according to plan.

It took forever for the product to arrive. In the standard age, you should never have to wait this long to receive a package.
