I bought a tennis bracelet and had an issue with the clasp not working, Sasha was so nice and understanding and is replacing the one I originally bought. She was responsive and very helpful.

Absolutely love my 3mm bracelet! It has lived up to its reputation so far! I will be buying another one or two! The bracelet looks shiny and beautiful all the time, and I love wearing my jewelry all the time, workouts, showering, in my garden! Love it!! Five star purchase!

I love my tennis bracelet because i have put it on and I haven't taken it off. Many times you get something and the product is not what you expect. This has been what i expected and it is as beautiful now as it was the day i put it on. I couldn't be happier

My bracelet is beautiful. Looks so real, and if it never tarnishes, I will be forever happy. Waiting for this same bracelet in emerald and diamond in gold and I will order it immediately.

Received unsolicited spam email from official email of the website : hello mylovemytreasure.com It was their attempt to open the website or whatever but sorry that's not the way . EDIT: I did reply to the email and there is NO unsubscribe button the footer reads : "This email is a service from MyLove MyTreasure. Delivered by Zendesk" . Even today I got another one "Your request (5291) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." In the email CC section there are dozen other emails too. Please fix it and I will fix my review

Hi there, We only ever send emails to people who signed up to our email list. I also saddens us that you just didn't just send a mail to solve this matter, instead of leaving a 1* review out of nowhere. Because we work very hard to deliver great quality products and customer experience, and this 1* review gives of a totally wrong intent without us even doing something wrong, because like stated we never send emails to someone who didnt sign up for our email list. I'm not sure what your email address is, otherwise I would've unsubscribed you already. Feel feel to reach out to us by email at [email protected] so we can unsubscribe you. Or scroll down on the email and click unsubscribe. Have a great rest of your day.
