Communication was good. I feel the necklace is a little long for me as it doesn't lay flat so the stones are facing out so they can be seen easily. They sometimes are on their side with the stones facing down. I don't know if a shorter necklace would help my issue.

You guys nailed it for the bracelet itself. It’s beautiful. The only thing I have against it is the clasp. It’s too difficult to do it by myself. I need my husband to put it on and take it off.

My first bracelet I couldn't get the clasp to open. I emailed you explaining the situation & you sent me another one. It works great. I just put it on & wear it all the time. Tried again to get the first one to work but still no luck.
