I love that they're doing but have two requests: paper wrappers for tampons (good work making cardboard applicators!) and can we get the monthly vitamins in a smaller container? I'd even take more than one month at a time or if a one month supply could come in a little bag or envelope (especially if the customer already has a bottle that can be refilled). Just ideas to make you more sustainable! Thanks! Great work so far and thanks for making healthy products for us!

My first experience with Lola was very good! I enjoy that the company uses only organic and natural products to produce their products. I didn't the usually irritations I normally had when I use synthetic pads, which was great. My only reservations about the pads (I have not tried the tampons) is their absorb-ability. When you have a heavier flow: 1) the pads show the color of the menstrual fluid ALOT. The color is very opaque. 2) you do feel like your sitting on something wet after 4-5 hours; so you need to change them more often, than synthetic pads. 3) I wish the had a larger size because I can use the night time pads through my whole period, even on my lighter flow days. Overall, considering the fact that synthetic pads are made out of harm chemicals and stay in the landfills for quite sometime, I can look over the three disadvantages. Plus, my skin is significantly less irritated when I used Lola pads.

All I can say is that the customer service has been extremely responsive. I asked about a starter kit for young girls because there is none out there with choice of pads and tampons. I've looked. I inquired and 4 months later they not only have a kit but a guide by a pediatrician! I'm preparing for my daughters menarche and it's so great that this is a safe resource. I'll write again once we start using them.

I love everything about Lola, except for the tampon applicator. For some reason the tampon doesn't come out when used, it stays stuck in the applicator. I don't know if the applicator just doesn't reach deep enough or what, but I've had many issues. So now I just use a Q-Tip to push the tampon all the way through the applicator each time I change it. It's kind of tedious and wish this could be fixed. But I do seriously love lola and do not plan on switching.

Only have used the product once, and no complaints, I love the cotton feel of the pad and the cotton tampons actually have relieved some cramping I've had when using a commercial brand (ick)

OMG I truly thought that buying feminine products was going to be a waste of money. Boy was I soo wrong. It has made the world of difference so glad I made the switch. I honestly didn't realize traditional pad & tampons chemicals are most of the ordor you smell when changing. I will not go back plus no more itchy scratchy plastic pad.

Love the product. Women should have a product that is all natural for a monthly necessity. I would have rated it 5 stars but the applicator is a bit flimsy and could be improved upon.

Setting up Lola was super easy. It was great to not have to think about buying tampons or pads because I already had them. I used the pads more, because I am using up some old tampons, but I am very impressed. You can tell the material is organic, but it does not break apart. What I have experience from the tampons was positive. However, I feel like the applicator isn't sturdy enough. To find material that is sturdy and eco friendly would be ideal. Other than that, the actual tampon works really well.
