I have been a Lola customer for about a year now. I absolutely love the product, and the simplicity. I wish this had been around when I was younger! I recently received an order right before I moved that was slightly incorrect. I informed Lola, and they were sending me the correct order without making me ship the wrong order already delivered. I was traveling, and had to change plans due to a funeral, which made it hard for the delivery process on their part. They had them delivered by an Uber driver to my hotel in NYC right before I had to leave the country. I am in awe to their customer service as well as their loyalty to creating a safe product for women BY women. After going to this totally organic product, I noticed the difference between main brand tampons - which I don't use anymore. I can't recommend enough.

Love Lola!....They care what women are using for feminine hygiene....They actually list the ingredients in there products, unlike other companies who don't because they don't have to by law,...which should alarm every woman!! Thanks Lola for caring :) You ladies Rock :)

You’d be a be fool not to sign up immediately. Delivered right to me, products that do not cause any irritation to my body! The pads are perfect, not like the big brands at stores that keep you feeling wet, sweaty and gross from the second you start using them. Cotton, sweet relief! I dunno how I existed without Lola!

This service is amazing. First of all, it’s cheaper than the usual tampons I would buy in the store. Second of all, I never have to leave my house or worry about not having any tampons because they’re now delivered to my house. The tampons themselves are pretty standard and work well for me. I am in love with the fact that I can customize the assortment of tampons in my box each month. I will no longer be stuck with so many super tampons and no regulars left. Not to mention, the packaging is so sleek that I don’t feel the need to place the box in a discreet location anymore. The box is sitting in plain view on a shelf and it actually looks nice. Overall, I am never buying tampons in the store again.

Lola Just Gets It! I'm a new user and I must say I am impressed by the service and most of all the quality of the products. I love that I can customize my shipments based on my personal needs and I can even turn them off when needed. Also women owned! Huge plus in my book

Honestly I will probably use this forever. It's so easy to schedule shipments so I never have to think about getting them at the store. Even if you don't care what is in your feminine products the customizable option is a gamechanger!!

I always seem to run out of tampons right when I need them! Since I use organic ones I have to make a special trip to the health food store. With LOLA I get organic tampons delivered to me and never have to worry! Plus, LOLA is less expensive than the brand I have been buying. Love this service.

With delivery subscriptions, the key is a website that's is super easy to navigate, an account that's easy to modify my orders and cancel anytime. You've nailed it.
