I'm thinking about going back to U by Kotex, I'm a pad user so I'm not extremely happy with this product. Although it does absorb well for me (I have a very light flow all through out my cycle) I have to say for the price point this product is sold at it does not have the best adhesive on the market. I have had this thing slid right off in the middle of the night. Not only is the shape not conducive for securing to a panty the adhesive is the weakest I have ever seen. I love the idea of an organic cotton chemical free pad but this product is not keeping up whith its competitors. They are expensive in comparison and can't do the jod correctly or fully. Disappointed to say the least.

Not as absorbent as other tampons. I find myself having to change them twice as often. Love the idea though,

I gave it an average of 3 stars for the following reasons: -5 stars for being 100% cotton the pads feel really comfortable and I do not have an allergic skin reaction to them so that is a plus... -However I will give it 1 star for the adhesive because they do not say in place long enough especially if you are active and have to be moving around a lot...absorbency is good enough for me, but not fun getting your pants and undies stained because a pad wont say in place. -the tampons are good haven't had any problems with them (yet). Ordered the ones with the applicator and the applicator is not that bad if you compare them and are used to higher brand ones you will be a bit disappointed but they work well so 3-4 stars for the tampons especially because you can choose how many light, regulars, plus, or super plus you want in your box -shipping is free and it takes like 2-3 weeks if you subscribe you can skip months and can cancel anytime you want Hopefully they make the adhesive better because I have mostly preferred pads over tampons and it is a bit pricey comparison to just buying the usual ones at a store...hope this helped :)

Not absorbent enough for me. And the cost is not worth it. May work for others, just not me.

I love the company and the concept, but I found the tampons to be quite uncomfortable unfortunately. I really, really wanted to like them! I love the way Playtex sport feels--you can't even tell they are there. I LOVED the ability to be able to customize between light, regular and super. I think the super are much bigger than what you can usually get in the store. If they made some adjustments to make the tampons more wearable, I would try them again!

Well I have been raving and telling everyone how excited I was for my first order from Lola. I ordered and received my tracking within about a week, USPS never updated tracking the entire time. So I emailed Lola three times before someone finally emailed me back with the same tracking info I already had. Not good so far! So then I had to call them, to find out my box was lost in transiit and they had reshipped it. But didn't bother to email me or call stating this happened or was reshipped, plus we're going to reship with standard shipping. I ordered my tampons on 1/3/17 and I still don't have them. I started my period and sadly had to go buy some toxic tampons from the store until I get my order. Not a good start for my first purchase and I may be looking for alternatives due to the poor customer service in this situation. Very dissatisfied.):

I love the idea 100% and the only reason I'm posting is to voice my opinion in hope to fix the problem. The problem is the applicator. While it is plastic and normally great for insertion, the opening is not engineered correctly, causing it to pinch and prod. I love the purpose and passion this company has but the applicator makes it extremely difficult to fulfill its use. Please please fix!

I am so excited about this company! I adore the fact it was started by people who actually possess vaginas and I revel in their eco friendly and health oriented plan of action. Also, the price isn't awful, the packaging is darling, and the customization/service system is ideal and really "with the times". I am, however, mildly disappointed with the bones of the product after testing it out this week. I feel the protection has not been spectacular. I have experienced leakage much more often than with other brands and seem to be needing a change rather frequently. Sometimes it leaks despite the tampon not being full of blood, which I don't even understand. The tampons themselves seem kind of tiny. Also, the applicator is a little sub par in its delivery system. I keep having to shove it extra with a finger which is not super pleasant. It is a new company though, so I expect there to be some bumps in the road. I haven't decided on whether I would stick with it or not (I've been experiencing skin irritation with other brands), but if these problems were addressed, I would be all in.
