I've used LOLA for 2 months now and the results are pretty good! I had to switch to LOLA because the company I used switched to the more plastic type pads and they irritate my skin and mess with my pH (especially in warm weather!). So far LOLA has been really great. I don't have issues with irritation, there's no weird smell, and they have overnight and winged pads, which some other natural brands don't have. Also, the winged pads do shift a little but if I take the time to press it firmly on my underwear it's not much of a problem. I could imagine pads without wings would be more of a hassle so I don't plan to try them. I did notice these do not hold as well as other pads so I'm scared about leakage but none through my clothes so far since I change them more frequently than other brands. Hopefully this improves over time :) They are a little pricy but I definitely prefer them over the non-natural brands!

I like Lola a lot because I feel the difference it makes being as sensitive as I am. With that being said, I wish it would get the right stick. When I first started, the pads were TOO sticky and literally destroyed my underwear because the cotton would peel away but the tape/glue would stick so a huge whole would get ripped into the bottom. Huge mess. I let them know about this and sure enough it was fixed. Great. However, now, the pads have wings so I dont have too much trouble, but majority of the time they slip out of place. They just dont grip to my underwear. The lines dont grip at all and when I undo to do business, my line flys away. It's super annoying. Wish they would get it together.

The packs are very expensive and there are other organic products that don’t charge nearly as much. The tampons are very uncomfortable, regardless of the size you use and I am referring both to the cotton that has a lot of friction and pull as well as the plastic applicator which is not pleasant at all. Finally, the part of the applicator that pushes the tampon has fallen out numerous times or gets stuck or doesn’t work. Not worth it all. I’m really disappointed.Update: I did contact customer service about this and they refunded me without me even asking. They were quick and very understanding and sorry about this. That was awesome.

Love the idea of organic tampons and delivery, but the cardboard applicator does not insert the tampon in completely. The cardboard applicator gets stuck.

I wanted to love this company and what they stand for. Its super convenient and the quality was great no complaints there. My issue was that they just could not get the order right. My order was 16 super and 2 lights. From 01/18-07/18 they got the order wrong 3 times! 3 times!! The first 2 times they fixed the issue by sending the correct order at no additional cost. When I got my last order and it was wrong again, I had to cancel, I just couldn't keep getting product I did not need.

I love the tampons and pads, however, I did not enjoy the personal lubricant. It leaves a sticky residue on the skin, and it looks and feels like peeling skin. It also dries really fast.

I would technically rate their tampons at a two star, but I gave them an extra one, just for being convenient and helping to broaden the period option market. I would love to give them four or five stars, but after trying out their tampons, I just can't. The whole week I used their super, normal, and light variety pack and I was disappointed in the absorbency. The lights work fine, but the super and normal started leaking within the first couple of hours, no matter my flow. The tampons weren't expanding to absorb more, they just kept their original shape and it would end up being absorbed by the string, making a mess of my panties; however, as soon as it touched the toilet water, it would expand! I work in an environment where I can't always make it to the bathroom to waste time every couple of hours to make sure I don't have spotting on my underwear. Four to six hours seems like a great average that I've experienced with most store brands. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the reviews here. Could it be most of you are using the pads instead? I don't have a lifestyle where pads would be convenient. Anyway, I'm going to give it another go for a couple days, but I have little faith in any changes of absorbency. I canceled my subscription and now I have to figure out what I'm going to do with two boxes of unhelpful tampons.

Great pads and liners - TERRIBLE tampons. I am sad that i have to have 2 different subscriptions, but i just cant stand the tampon design. with the applicator, you have to pop it out and then push the tampon in, good idea in theory, but 90% of the time the applicator doesn't push the tampon in enough and i have to pull it out and try another one. I am in love with the other two products because i am very prone to UTIs, so the 100% cotton is very comfortable, breathable, and absorbent (i have a light-regular flow). i hope this helps.
