I'm sorry this didn't work for you. I'm not sure which customer this is since it's anonymous, but this claim is something I take it seriously. This was our older done-for-you lead generation program, which we've retired. Here's the honest reason. Cold outreach on its own has stopped working the way it used to. It only produces leads when it sits inside a broader strategy, which means a consistent niche, content going out regularly, a credible profile, and leads being answered quickly. A done-for-you outreach service can only control a small part of that, so when the rest isn't in place, the results don't show up.
