I'm sure the product is excellent as I already own one and was the reason I ordered it. However, the shipping side of the house has a lot to be desired as I am still awaiting the lantern and did not receive it as planned. Tracking the product is useless as well and not realistic for planning purposes. Not planning on reordering based on present experience.

Great product. However it was missing the Moon circular piece. This was supposed to be included in the package. I reached out to the vendor and got no response. Just know if you order, you may be missing parts which caused me to reduce this to 2 stars.

The product I received has a European plug I have to purchase an adapter in order to use it.

The product was not worth the price it was charged. The description of the product was misleading and did not meet expectations.

The item looks attractive. Unfortunately, three people could not get the item to levitate. Tried over days, with no luck. The magnets attraction is just too great. I am trying to return. Hopefully I wiil have a nice customer experience in doing such. May try other products that they have to offer.

it doesn't stay white like it shows

Said item has shipped ,but nothing ,no way to track says it hasn't left it's been 7 days !
