I haven’t received my order yet. It’s stuck in shipping

I was really looking forward to using this dispenser, but, unfortunately, all of the rolls of film I have on hand would not fit. I don't know where I could even find a roll of film that skinny.

I bought the "Sands of Time" lamp which was described as a perpetual motion lamp, but it turns out that I not only received an open box item, covered in fingerprints, but the only motion occurs when I manually flip the sand filled disk, there is no perpetual motion and the sand inside the disk is hard to see, doesn't light up like the picture on their website.

The lamp was delivered in a timely manner but does not work. $114 paperweight.

Lamp was cracked and not glued together properly. This was a gift. I have not seen it. My Grandson is very disappointed. Can we do something?

I cannot get this item to float. The magnets pull it to the side of the base, or the base pulls up to the orb. I am going to return this item.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY WHICH IS TODAY SO FOR ME IT'S ONE STAR.

They keep sending me a request for my review on the product. I keep telling them that I never received the product and then they send me ANOTHER request for a review. Maybe this will get their attention.
