I'm still waiting on this item. I ordered it weeks ago.

The direction booklet was not easy to interpret…the remote control doesn’t open for the batteries to be inserted. The lamp is not very tall.

I initiated a return on April 7th and still have not received any response.

I ordered 2 lamps of the same type, one box had everything complete to assemble the other was missing all the assembly parts and the manual. I bought these to give as a gift, I am glad I opened them. I have sent multiple emails and even message you on Facebook. I understand I have 30 to request a return and no one has emailed, messaged or called me. My next step is to call my credit card company and start a dispute.

The Box was open inside the Fed Ex mailing bag and a few broken lights!! Looks Very cheap for what I paid for them!!! Not pleased at ALL😡😡😡😡

This did not even warrant one star! The item I received was a piece of junk. My money was refunded thankfully.

This Company has a horrible record of responding to their customers who have concerns, questions, etc. They sold me an item that was manufactured in China and has a Chinese plug on it. I got 6 of these humidifiers with Chinese plugs and no adapters. I am still waiting to hear from the Company about what they intend to do about it.

Not sure if 1 star is appropriate but as a consumer I’m upset that the humidifier I ordered came with a euro plug. Being that it was shipped from California to another state here in the USA…..I’m not sure why you would ship out a device that can’t be plugged-in in this country. I ordered the adapter from Amazon…..otherwise the device would be of no use to me. Can’t use it if I can’t plug it in. So for anyone ordering this, don’t be shocked if you open it and it comes with a euro plug that doesn’t work in this country.
