They deducted money from my credit card…
They deducted money from my credit card after I cancelled my subscription. Also did not reply to me emails about inquiring about this. Be careful. Quick to take your money. Very reluctant to respond .

I am getting charged a recurring…
I am getting charged a recurring charge. I do not have this app. I cannot find anyway to call this merchant. The number that is posted as the business number on my credit card statement does not work.

Ketoapp SCAM
SCAM !! I paid the special offer £30 for the diet plan for 6 months. They sent me an e-mail with 3 links. All take you to a page offering you premium plan offer for £25 - you have to stay on that page as a timer counts down from 5mins - thinking maybe then you get access you don’t .. There are 3 separate offers for the premium plan £25/month, £17/month and another for £7:35/months but if you don’t click on one these you don’t get access to the app or at least I didn’t.. Have wrote to the helpdesk via the link but no reply. ABSOLUTE SCAM !! DO NOT PART WITH ANY FURTHER MONEY FOR THE MONTHLY PLAN BECAUSE THEN THEY HAVE GOT YOU AGREEING!!

Keto diet app is the worst app I have…
Keto diet app is the worst app I have ever used. It is not user-friendly for logging your meals, the recipes are nothing you’d wanna make, it is a complete waste of money and I think that the reviews that they have are from their own team. Don’t buy!!!

Nada funcional
Me parece muy poco práctico que tengas que entrar cada día en la web. En la publicidad dicen que te envían los menús por mail y luego recibes un mail diciendo que has de consultar la web cada día. No he podido bajarme la app. No he sabido encontrarla no creo que exista. Pagué un mes para probar y ni siquiera la utilizo. Publicidad es engañosa mi idea era pegar los menús en la nevera. Todo el tiempo te proponen información extra( valores nutricionales, lista de compra , ejercicio s ….) todo de pago extra. Fatal! No lo recomiendo.

SCAMMERS
Honestly, do not buy it! SCAMMERS! They have such a shitty way of stealing you, they start by saying is free, then that you need to pay this minimal amount and after this and this too, if you want the app to work properly this too, if you want to have access for a whole year cheaper, another amount and so on. And after even if you deny most of their extras, your card will still be charged every month under different names and they don’t agree refund nor nothing, they say you signed for it. Of course I’ll get my refund with revolut but be warned!

Can't even manage my account to cancel
Can't even manage my account to cancel. Went to my email to manage subscription , and it sent me an email saying click this link , then comes up invalid. Like it never heardof my email , even though I got it from the same email to sign up with. This a total scam , don't use or sign up with this KETO DIET APP.
