I am super super grateful I met Bryan. I was in a very complicated moment of my life and Bryan has been able to guide me through that time, instill back hope and confidence in my capabilities to vocalize my need, explain what makes me joyful and leave me energized to a partner who has a very different way to approach life and happiness. While as a couple we will continue to have differences, I think Bryan unlock a new set of skills I did not know I had and enable me to understand how I can be the best version of me and allow people around me to experience that best version more often that I used to.

Bryan was wonderful. He gave us a clear plan on how to understand and improve our marriage, tools to help us achieve closeness, and encouragement/advice when needed. We will continue to seek his help in the future - really enjoyed his insight.

Bryan was an intuitive, gentle and encouraging guide for us as we navigated transitions in our relationship. Neither of us came from positive examples of communication in a relationship, so often we would feel lost and angry during arguments. Bryan's communication frameworks provided us with a safe space to break out of toxic communication habits that had been building throughout the relationship. Even though our time with Bryan was relatively short, it really felt like a guide through some dark and scary parts of ourselves and our relationship. We continue to use the communication and self-reflection tools that we learned today.

Bryan has been a saving grace for my husband and I. He's been providing marriage counseling to us and helping us to identify areas of self improvement and time management. We've been blown away by how personable, approachable, genuine, and skillful he is. The way he can mediate and really get down to the root of issues or comments is unlike anything I've seen before. When I say something or my husband says something, we try to ask ourselves now: what does that REALLY look like? Bryan has so much patience and can always find the right words to keep us progressing. And the biggest thing that sets him apart, I believe, is the fact that he truly genuinely cares. My husband was not open to counseling prior to meeting with Bryan, but now he sees the value in meeting with him and the value it adds to our marriage. I feel that personally, I have a lot more to gain from Bryan's coaching than just help in my marriage. When starting with Bryan my relationship with my partner felt like the end was near. After just one month of course direction from Bryan we were able to understand each other, communicate effectively, and create a roadmap for our future. Bryan and his innovative approach to marriage counseling are life-changers. After working with him for several months, I firmly believe anyone would benefit by working with him, no matter what stage your relationship is in! He provides clear, doable communication ground rules and approaches that would improve any relationship. At the same time, he is knowledgeable and equipped to handle more complex relationship issues that may arise (we were dealing with addiction, a potential personality disorder, and esteem and anxiety issues). Bryan is calm, measured, empathetic, and professional. He’s very available and flexible with appointments, and was always there on time and let us go over if we needed. He was engaged and dedicated to us as a couple and individuals. I am so, so glad that we worked with him, and would recommend him, his services, and methods to anyone.

I've been working with Bryan Staab for couple's counseling and individual counseling for over almost a few years now. Bryan has brought a significant impact to my relationship and to my mental health in just a short amount of time. My relationship have struggled for more than a year of constant pattern of arguments, pain and a lot of emotional exhaustion. Seeing two different therapist didn't make a lot of difference things never got better and I wanted to give up, it felt really hopeless and I know am going to lose the man I love. There was a really low point in my life that I knew I needed a change and some healing. I looked into using a life coach and found Brian. We started out with one on one sessions, through those I realized that doing relationship therapy with my daughter would be a big part of my healing. Brians process was so different than the many therapists my daughter and I have seen. He asked questions that opened our minds and taught us communication skills we were lacking. He helped us get a better understanding of our differences. The assignments he gave us to work on at home were a big key to us learning more about each other and bettering our relationship. I enjoyed working with Brian and he made such a huge difference in my life that I referred him the friends and family. I would 100% recommend him as a life coach and relationship therapist.
